HOW DO I PURCHASE ELAINE SMITH PILLOWS?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders can be submitted online or through fax/phone. Fax in all orders to (866) 352-4054, or call our Customer Service Department at (561) 863-3333 and place an order with a representative.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
At Elaine Smith Pillows, all pillows are "cut-to-order". This means that your order will be cut once we have your order in production.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for pillow orders, and 2 weeks for fabric and trimmings.
Lead times can vary depending on the availability of fabrics.
Feel free to check the status of your order at any time. Our customer service representatives will help you monitor your orders and can provide you with updates on fabric availability and ship times.
